  • Google Calendar Events: We read your calendar events to help you schedule focus blocks around your existing commitments. We create, update, and delete calendar events only when you explicitly schedule, modify, or remove focus time blocks through our app.
  • Basic Profile Information: Your email address and basic profile information to identify your account.

How We Use Your Information

Google Calendar Data

We use your Google Calendar data solely to provide and improve the following features in FlowAnchor:

  • Schedule Visualization: Display your existing Google Calendar events in our scheduling interface so you can see your commitments when planning focus blocks.
  • Focus Block Scheduling: Create new Google Calendar events when you schedule focus time blocks in FlowAnchor, ensuring your focus time is reflected in your Google Calendar.
  • Schedule Management: Update or delete Google Calendar events when you modify or cancel focus blocks you created through FlowAnchor.
  • Conflict Prevention: Help you avoid scheduling focus blocks during times when you already have calendar commitments.

We do not use your Google Calendar data for any other purposes. Specifically, we do not:

  • Sell, rent, or share your Google Calendar data with third parties
